Service Description

Online sessions are intended to complement in-person support. An initial phone consultation and at least one in-person meeting always take place before any online support begins. This allows us to get to know each other personally and establish a foundation of trust. An online session can be beneficial if: you live far away an in-person meeting is difficult to schedule you would like an additional conversation between in-person meetings you prefer to speak from home for personal reasons Online sessions can also be used within the context of a booked support program.
