Service Description

Duration: approx. 75 minutes The individual consultation takes place in person, ideally outdoors. You can help choose the meeting point within my service area. The conversation offers you space to share what's on your mind. You decide what you want to talk about and what's important to you right now. This could include, for example: your feelings and emotions thoughts and memories the loss and its impact changes in your daily life fears and uncertainties personal questions about your grief coping with difficult days your own personal journey through grief There is no prescribed "right" way to grieve. You are free to grieve in whatever way feels right and authentic to you. Together, we will explore what can offer you support and comfort along your path.
